Coronavirus Status (Updated 13/06/2021)

It was with great sadness that we announced in March 2020 the postponement of Southampton Beer Festival 2020, following government advice on mass gatherings. The safety of our customers, volunteers, and the venue staff is paramount to us.

We don't know when we will be allowed to run Southampton Beer Festival again, but we ask our customers to (continue to) support our local real ale pubs and local breweries and cider makers.

Quiet Session. Back by popular demand, we are pleased to feature the Friday afternoon session as a ‘quiet session’. Sit back, enjoy the real ale on offer and have a conversation with friends and family without any live entertainment.

We will be showing England's Euro 2020 match on a big screen and in the Gasworks.

Unlike other festivals organised by Southern Hampshire CAMRA, the venue prohibits food and drink being brought into the festival. The venue will be selling a range of food and soft drinks for consumption at the festival.
